## Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Fuego Consulting Inc. ("Fuego"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Fuego provides compliance advisory, cybersecurity compliance, legal and regulatory compliance support, digital transformation and CRM implementation, and custom software engineering. Scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement are governed by a separate written statement of work.

## Client Responsibilities

All site content, frameworks, templates, and tooling remain the property of Fuego Consulting Inc. unless assigned in writing under a statement of work.

## Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuego's aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Fuego is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

## Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable statement of work. Fees for work performed through the termination date remain payable.
